We do this through thoroughly analyzing the available talent for a search ensuring that we provide a diverse shortlist of candidates. Whilst specializing in executive search, DMC Partners has undertaken consulting work for clients analyzing the quality of diversity compared to their peer group and tried to understand how different firms create a culture of inclusion to attract and retain a diverse workforce.
