Alison is a Managing Director and joined DMC Partners in 2020. She has been in the hedge fund recruiting industry since 2004. Alison focuses on mid and senior level placements, primarily in the Hedge Fund and Asset Management industries. Alison has significant experience working with major Hedge Funds in building out sector focused teams within Long/Short Equity. She has also placed a wide variety of Credit focused investors, from high yield to structured products.
